Who is responsible

What this site collects

There is no contact form, no newsletter and no account on this site.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records every request: your IP address, your browser and operating system, the page you asked for and the time. These logs keep the site running and let us look into faults and abuse.

Analytics and advertising

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read, and Google Ads to measure our advertising. Between them they set the cookies _ga, _ga_77NREG5KN3 and _gcl_au, and store _gcl_ls in your browser. Without your consent none of it runs and none of those cookies are set.

Your cookie choice

Your answer to the cookie banner is saved in your own browser under ccz:consent:v1. It stays on your device, never reaches us, and exists only so we stop asking on every page.

Booking

The booking buttons open Peek Pro, our booking provider, and their script loads on every page so those buttons work. Your name, email, phone and payment details go to Peek, not to us; we receive the booking that comes out of it.

The map

Plan your visit shows a Google Map only once you have accepted, or when you press the button on the placeholder that stands in for it. Until then nothing is requested from Google. Once it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.

If you write to us

Email, phone and WhatsApp reach us directly, and we keep those messages so we can answer them.

Consent, and where it applies

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, analytics and advertising stay off until you accept. Everywhere else they are on until you decline.

Declining also deletes any of the cookies above that are already on your device. You can change your mind at any time, further down this page.

Who else sees it

DreamHost hosts the site. Google provides Analytics, Ads, Maps and the fonts the booking widget loads. Peek Pro handles bookings and payments.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anything this page does not describe.

Where it goes

We are in Mexico and these providers operate mainly from the United States, so data about visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom leaves that area. Google and Peek rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for those transfers.

Your rights

In the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

In Mexico the LFPDPPP gives you ARCO rights — access, rectification, cancellation and opposition — along with the right to revoke consent and to complain to the INAI.
