Transport from your hotel
If you would rather not drive, we can pick you up. The transfer is round trip and charged per vehicle, not per person: between MX$2,100 and MX$2,800 depending on the pickup area, from Cancún down to Puerto Aventuras.
The exact price depends on the area and how many of you are coming, and is calculated when you book.
What the ticket includes
- A guided interactive tour lasting 60 to 75 minutes.
- The chance to touch, hold and feed selected species, always alongside your guide.
- A small group, so everyone can see the animals and ask their questions.
- As long as you like afterwards: the rest area, the playground, the café and the shop stay open to you.
- Free parking.
How to book
Book online and your confirmation arrives straight away. You can also buy at the ticket booth on arrival, though booking ahead is the surer route on a busy day.
Tours are guided in English and Spanish.
When you arrive
We open every day from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There are no fixed departure times — tours leave continuously, and once you check in a guide is assigned to you within 10 to 15 minutes.
Bring your electronic ticket and photo ID to the booth. If you are claiming the national or Quintana Roo rate, that ID is what proves it.
Photography costs nothing and is welcome. Flash and tripods are not, as both unsettle the animals.
Where the money goes
Most of the animals here were rescued, donated, or placed in our care by environmental authorities. Admission pays for their food, their veterinary care and the people who look after them.
It is also why the tour is guided rather than self-directed: a guide keeps the encounter safe for you and calm for the animal.
